It had been ayyyy too long since I had last visited Texas State University. I did a lot of learning and growing up on this campus. (and have also done a lot since then)
It only made sense to let my mini me lead me through the familiar territory.

Have I mentioned how much the rain has been ruining things for photographers (and really everyone) lately?
I had been DYING to meet Ita, Jessie & Alexa for weeks! In the small amount of texts and emails I had exchanged with Ita, I could tell that her sweet and easy going demeanor would for super sincere images. Lets be honest, it's kind of hard to be posey with a toddler.
I won't say that I wasn't happy our shoot was delayed a bit. Most pregnant moms don't like to wait too terribly long for maternity pictures, but I love shooting late pregnancy. The glow definitely has hold of Ita in these images. :)
Not only that, but Alexa, their sweet 2 year old is basically my child's personality twin. I felt right at home chasing her around and watching her spit food out of her mouth.
Ita welcomed Maddison into the world yesterday and I can't wait to meet her! Newborns coming soon :)
This cute duo decided to make their Buffalo Bayou session all about their trio. Their sweet baby Bella joined us in our walk this passed weekend.
More to come soon! :)
